Job Responsibilities

* Manage patient meal orders and diet-related administrative matters.
* Generate meal summaries and meal chits accurately.
* Handle calls, enquiries and feedback from patients and relevant stakeholders.
* Support meal assembly and plating to ensure smooth daily meal operations.
* Manage stocks, supplies and incoming deliveries.
* Conduct patient meal satisfaction surveys and collect feedback.
* Support staff meal orders and payment processing.
* Perform general administrative and operational duties as required.

Requirements

* Minimum NITEC / Diploma in Food Science, Food Nutrition or related discipline preferred.
* Valid WSQ Food Safety Course Level 1 required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Able to commit to a 3-month contract.
* Able to work 5 days per week, 42 hours per week.
* Able to work rotating shifts: 5.15am–2.45pm / 7.30am–5pm.
* Able to work weekends and Public Holidays.
* Transport claimable for the 5.15am shift.
