✨ Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and attend to customers’ enquiries professionally.

• Assist with appointment bookings, confirmations, rescheduling and cancellations.

• Address customer feedback and complaints, escalating complex cases when necessary.

• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure timely follow-up and resolution of enquiries.

? Requirements

• Minimum N/O Level or Nitec qualification.

• Customer service experience is an advantage.

• Responsible, service-oriented and willing to learn.
