Job Responsibilities
* Assist in the daily operations at the warehouse and on online platforms.
* Account for sales through capturing on the Point-of-Sales system.
* Process customer order / refund requests and attend to online enquiries promptly.
* Assist with roster management to ensure optimal manpower to meet warehouse operational demands and planned sales campaigns.
* Provide guidance to and work with the Associates to continuously improve service delivery.
* Coordinate warehouse activities, including ordering and receiving inventory physically, managing inventory and stocks, returns to vendors and from customers, and coordinating warehouse distribution to outlets.
* Process and transact online orders and coordinate with logistics providers on timely delivery arrangements.
* Monitor sales traffic and collate sales data.
Requirements:
* Higher NITEC / NITEC / A Levels with at least 6 years’ working experience, preferably in the retail industry
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
