Registration Callers (Novena, $12/hr, 3 months) #HJY

Location: Novena
Duration: 3 Months Contract (Sep - Nov)
Salary:$12/hr

Working days and hours:
- 3 weekdays and 2 weekends
- Weekdays (10am-7pm/1pm-10pm)
- Weekends (9am-6pm)

Job Description:
- Field parent/customer enquiries over the phone.
- Assist with enrolment over the phone (providing of general details about our programmes to parents and directing leads to our sales team).
- Handle customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by management, not limited to helping with front desk walk-in enquiries when needed.

Job Requirements:
- Min N/O/A Levels 
- No exp. needed, training will be provided
