We are seeking a self-driven and passionate individual to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant. In this role, you will connect employers with the right candidates by managing the end-to-end hiring process, from client engagement and candidate sourcing to successful placements.

Job Scope

• Candidate sourcing – attracting, headhunting, and screening potential candidates.
• Recruitment process – coordinating interviews, giving feedback, and ensuring smooth placements.
• Negotiation & advisory – managing offers, salary discussions, and providing market insights.

Job Requirement

• Degree Holder in Business Management / Human Resource Management or in any relevant discipline
