Receptionist (Medical/Pharma, Office Hours, Contract)

We are looking/hiring for Receptionist to be outsourced to our client’s place.

Responsibilities:

• Answering, screen and transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate personnel
• Providing a welcoming and professional environment to visitors
• Handling mailing process (letters, parcels, etc) and sorting incoming mails
• Arrange seats/phone numbers/business cards
• Maintain inventory and tidy up meeting rooms
• Ensure pantry is properly stocked up in cost effective way
• Administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Min GCE ‘A’ Levels / Diploma and above
• Training will be provided
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Able to start work immediately
