Process Engineer / Senior Process Engineer – Manufacturing | Up to $6,500 #HHLT

Multiple Locations: Pioneer / Ang Mo Kio
Salary: Up to $6,500/month
Working Hours: Mon–Fri, Office Hours

Responsibilities
• Sustain, troubleshoot and optimise manufacturing processes to improve product quality, yield, productivity and cost
• Investigate production issues and customer complaints using RCA, FMEA and other problem-solving methodologies
• Analyse process data and SPC/SQC metrics and implement corrective / preventive actions
• Support new product, process and equipment introductions from development through mass production
• Drive Lean Six Sigma, cost reduction, scrap reduction and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain and improve process documentation including FMEA, Control Plans and SOPs
• Support BOM, routing and material setup in SAP where required
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Maintenance, NPI and suppliers on process and equipment improvements
• Support customer / certification audits and manufacturing quality requirements
• Participate in automation, equipment development and Industry 4.0 initiatives

Requirements
• Min.degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Materials Engineering, Physics or related discipline
• Relevant manufacturing / process engineering experience
• Strong troubleshooting and manufacturing problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, FMEA, RCA and continuous improvement methodologies advantageous
• Knowledge of SPC / statistical tools such as Minitab or JMP advantageous
• SAP knowledge, particularly BOM and routing, advantageous
• Semiconductor / materials manufacturing experience advantageous
