Working Location: Macpherson

Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Salary Range: $3800 (over 12)

• Handle full set of accounts (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger) using Xero

• Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry in Xero

• Manage bank reconciliations and ensure timely updates

• Prepare monthly financial reports, including P&L and balance sheet

• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and cost control

• Handle GST filing and ensure compliance with Singapore regulations

• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretary

• Support inventory tracking and cost management (retail & studio operations)

• Assist in budgeting and financial planning
