Job Responsibilities

* Check and verify patient documents, personal details and medical history.
* Ensure patient information and documentation are accurate and complete.
* Assist with patient registration and related administrative duties as required.
* Undergo training in registration and pre-dispatch processes.
* Complete the required training assessment and achieve a passing result before deployment.
* Support clinic operations during the initial training and clearance period.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

* Able to commit to a 1-year Contract of Service with benefits.
* Able to work on a rotating roster, Monday–Sunday, excluding Wednesdays and Public Holidays.
* Weekday shift: 11.30am–9.00pm.
* Weekend shift: 9.00am–5.30pm.
* Rostered 44-hour work week, with 2 days off per week, including Wednesdays.
* Willing to undergo 8 weeks of paid training and assessment for registration and pre-dispatch duties. Candidates must pass the assessment.
* Able to work initially as a Clinic Assistant at the client's central clinics while awaiting clearance and training before deployment to the assigned location.
* BCLS certification required.
* Work Location: Jurong East.
