Patient Service Associate/Clinic Assistant (Up to $2500, Island-wide) #HCGT

Job Description:

• Providing frontline customer service and handling of any registrations, and appointments
• Working closely with the practitioners and nurses to provide excellent patient care
• Provide chaperone assistance to doctors/nurses
• Attend to any requests, emails and phone enquiries
• Collection of payments and basic admin duties
• Ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:

• Minimum N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any studies are encouraged to apply
• Able to commit a minimum of 3 months
• Willing to walk and stand for long hours
• Experience in customer service preferred but not a must as training will be provided
• Office hours, 5.5 days
• Able to start immediately/on short notice
