Job Description:

Assist in scheduling of future appointments

Maintain patient medical information with precision, ensuring streamlined operations for our medical professionals.

Assist doctors seamlessly with room procedures and other medical tasks, contributing to a harmonious healthcare team.

Address clinic complaints with care and escalate when necessary, showcasing your commitment to patient satisfaction.

Requirements

• Min GCE ‘N,O,A’ Levels or Diploma 
• Keen interest in the healthcare/ medical industry
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
