Location: SPACE @ Tampines
Salary: $13/hour

Working Hours: Mon – Thu | 9.00am – 1.00pm
? Job Scope
• Perform data entry and documentation
• Handle invoices and work orders
• Manage incoming phone enquiries and take messages
• Organise and maintain physical & digital filing systems
• Assist with daily office upkeep
• Provide basic hospitality support for visitors, such as serving refreshments
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
