Order Processing Coordinator (Work Life Balance) Up 3K @ Lorong Chuan #HJC

As this role is quite mundane, routine and involves lots of paperwork, we hope to find someone that is more stable, dependable, and mature to full commit over the long term. Has a strong sense of responsibility and consistency in completing day-to-day tasks.

Executve and manage order processing transaction accurately
Collaborate effectively with accounts, warehouse and logistics and sales to mitigate outstanding issues for time oder fulfilment or billing
Retrieve PO and submit invoices on customers' online portal regularly
Liaise with warehuse and sales for returns from customers
Issue credit and debit note when applocation
Other admin duties as assigned
