6-Month Renewable Contract | Flexible Shifts | Immediate Hiring

We are seeking experienced Locum Phlebotomists to support phlebotomy services across established healthcare institutions. If you have hands-on blood collection experience and enjoy working in a patient-facing environment, this is an excellent opportunity with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly rates.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform venepuncture and blood specimen collection for patients of all ages
• Ensure accurate patient identification, specimen labelling and documentation
• Adhere to infection prevention, patient safety and specimen handling protocols
• Provide professional and compassionate care throughout the blood collection process
• Support phlebotomy services across outpatient clinics, specialist clinics and inpatient wards where required

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant phlebotomy experience
• Certificate in Phlebotomy or Enrolled Nurse (EN) / Registered Nurse (RN) qualification
• Relevant certification or practising licence (where applicable)
• Confident in performing venepuncture independently
• Able to commit to a 6-month renewable assignment

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• Morning shifts (approximately 7.30am – 1.30pm)
• Full-day shifts may be rostered based on operational requirements

Salary

• Certified Phlebotomists / Enrolled Nurses: $23/hour
• Registered Staff Nurses: $26/hour
