Job Responsibilities

* Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling.
* Attend to patient enquiries and provide frontline customer service.
* Support daily clinic operations and administrative duties.
* Assist with patient records, documentation and other clinic-related tasks.
* Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth patient flow.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
* Prior Clinic Assistant experience.
* Able to commit to the full 3-month locum assignment.
* Able to work Monday–Saturday, 9.00am–12.30pm.
* Assignment Period: 26 October 2026–31 January 2027.
* Hourly Rate: Up to $15/hr.
