Lab Operations Associate, Contract ( Bioanalytical Laboratory) – West Area #HLY

Position Summary
The Laboratory Support Associate provides operational support to ensure the efficient and compliant functioning of a bioanalytical laboratory.

This role is responsible for laboratory equipment maintenance, inventory and material management, sample and reagent tracking, reagent preparation and general laboratory support activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Maintain laboratory equipment records and coordinate routine maintenance, calibration and verification activities.
• Manage procurement, receipt, storage, tracking, and distribution of laboratory supplies, consumables, critical reagents, standards, and matrix.
• Prepare reagents, buffers, and other laboratory solutions following approved procedures.
• Support sample, matrix, and reagent accessioning, tracking, storage, and distribution.
• Maintain freezers, refrigerators, and laboratory storage areas to ensure proper organization and compliance.

Qualifications
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a laboratory support, laboratory operations, or laboratory technician role is preferred.
• Experience working in a regulated laboratory environment (GLP, GCP, GMP, or equivalent) is an advantage.
