• Provide support and guidance to HR users on system-related inquiries.
• Help HR users understand processes and analyse employee data accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely issue resolution.
  
  

• Address HRIS-related queries from institutions promptly and professionally.
• Support Payroll through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Assist users with timely S/4HANA password resets.
  
  

• Oversee and manage the HRIS Request System.
• Assign tasks to appropriate team members.
• Manage user access rights and permissions within the system.

• Monitor and manage data replication error reports.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of replication issues.

• Manage and execute mass HR data uploads and Payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Provide operational support for cluster-wide HR cycles (July & December bonuses, January & July promotion exercises).
• Guide HR users on inquiries related to mass uploads.

• • Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Human Resource Management Systems (HRIS), preferably SAP SuccessFactors
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, and the ability to create charts, spreadsheets, and presentations
