Group Quality & Compliance Specialist (FMCG) #HHL

Location: Tuas (Walking distance from Tuas Link MRT)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am – 5.15 pm
Salary: Up to $5,500

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all Business Units (BUs) to collate and analyze monthly quality metrics.

• Track performance trends and develop quarterly governance action plans.

• Partner with BUs on external audits, Requests for Change (RFC), and quality risk assessments.

• Identify improvement opportunities and cultivate a strong food safety culture across the organization.

• Maintain and update resource documents for Group TQM and respective BUs.

• Manage system user access requests and approval matrices in accordance with company requirements.

• Support the development and maintenance of Group R&D policies, guidelines, and procedures in alignment with international quality and food safety standards.

• Evaluate and qualify new or alternative suppliers for raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).

• Conduct document reviews, liaise with suppliers, carry out technical assessments, and perform supplier audits.

• Develop and execute sterility test plans, cleaning-in-place (CIP) and sanitation verification, and hygiene validation.

• Approve production lines for commercial manufacturing runs.

• Create, maintain, and standardize Quality Plans across all Business Units.

• Ensure consistency and compliance with group-level quality standards.

• Undertake additional projects or tasks as required to support business objectives.

Requirements

• Min. Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or related Science/Engineering disciplines.

• Min 5 years of QA/QC experience in the dairy or beverage industry.

• Willing to travel for business as required.

• Knowledge in food packaging qualification and Lead Auditor certification is a plus
