F&B Supervisor / Food Service Supervisor | Hospital | West Govt | UP $3.5K #HYT

Salary: $2,700–$3,500/month
Location: West
Working Hours: Rotating Shifts (Between 5am–9pm) | 6 Days/Week, Including Weekends

Job Scope:

• Coordinate patient meal orders and catering requests

• Check meal accuracy before delivery to patients

• Handle patient meal enquiries and complaints

• Monitor food temperatures and hygiene standards

• Ensure compliance with food safety and Halal requirements

• Support daily food service operations and reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N/O Level or NITEC

• 5–7 years of relevant F&B experience, including supervisory experience

• Basic Food Hygiene Certification required

• Experience in hospital, hotel or high-volume food services preferred

• Able to work in cold room environments (4–18°C) and handle physical duties

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays
