Executive, Healthcare Operation - Up to 5K #HHL

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Department

• Ensure adequate resources & smooth service delivery

• Develop & update SOPs, workflows & downtime protocols

• Troubleshoot operational, IT & admin issues

• Manage customer feedback & prepare for MOH inspections/audits

• Drive annual workplan & budget planning with multi-disciplinary teams

• Support renal programmes — counselling, subsidy applications & dialysis placements

• Coordinate with Medical Social Workers & external dialysis centres

• Oversee PD claims & patient case management

• Guide & mentor staff; track competencies & performance

Requirements:

• Min Degree in any discipline

• Min 3 years’ experience in healthcare or service industry

• Strong communication, coordination & problem-solving skills

• Able to multi-task, work independently & under tight timelines
