Customer Service Administrator (Call Centre, Sales support, Business Administration, SAP System, Office hours available)

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customers’ enquiries via email or phone calls.
• Process customers’ orders into sales orders on SAP with accuracy.
• Monitor and update customers on their order status proactively.
• Assist commercial team on daily sales operations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure proper documentation of all deliveries/ collections.
• Arrange/ allocate stocks for deliveries
• Liase with delivery vendor on delivery arrangements

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Science related field/supply chain management/ business administration
• Minimum 1 year working experience in customer service/call center.
• Knowledge in customer service operation in a similar industry is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel and Word)..
• Able to work independently and as a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
