Contract Business Support Assistant (Commercial Banking) #EAT

Location:  Raffles Place
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 6.15pm
Salary: Up to $4,000/month
Contract Duration: 6 – 9 Months

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Assistant to provide administrative and client servicing support to a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and Business Development Managers (BDMs) within the Commercial Banking division.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Commercial Banking business units in day-to-day operations and client servicing activities.
• Facilitate account opening and maintenance requests.
• Assist with internet banking setup, payment services, loan servicing, and post-approval matters.
• Prepare Customer Risk Rating Dashboards (CRRD) and conduct relevant searches and name screenings.
• Handle client documentation, mailings, printing, filing, and other administrative duties.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution of client requests.
• Provide general administrative support and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• Prior experience in a banking support, branch operations, relationship management support, or customer service role within the banking industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
