Assistant Manager / Senior Executive, Healthcare Systems #HZT

Looking for candidates with experience in healthcare systems, EMR/EHR, application support, system implementation or project coordination.

This role supports key healthcare systems such as NGEMR, disease registries and population health platforms, and will work closely with users and stakeholders on system enhancements and rollouts.

Job Responsibilities:
• Gather user requirements and support system enhancements
• Manage user access for NGEMR, ADID and M365
• Provide first-line system support and coordinate issue escalation
• Support UAT, system rollouts and user training
• Generate reports using Epic Reporting Workbench / SlicerDicer
• Assist with data validation and population health reporting
• Coordinate with healthcare stakeholders on system maintenance and improvements

Requirements: 
• Degree holder with 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience in healthcare systems / EMR / EHR preferred
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
