? Assistant Director, Audit & Governance Management - #HJZ

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead hospital-wide audit, governance, compliance & data protection initiatives
• Oversee non-clinical audits and liaise with MOH, auditors, regulators & key stakeholders
• Drive PD PA, data protection governance & data breach management
• Lead governance committees and prepare reports for senior management
• Develop policies, frameworks and initiatives to strengthen risk management and compliance
• Coach and develop the team while driving workflow improvements and operational initiatives
• Oversee budget, resources, contracts and department administration

Requirements:
Min Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
Min 8–10 years’ relevant experience in audit, governance, compliance, risk management or data protection
Leadership & strong stakeholder management experience
Healthcare / public sector experience preferred
Strong knowledge of PD PA, governance, audit & regulatory compliance
Relevant professional certifications are an advantage
