Accounts executive (Accountancy, Training provided, Finance) #HDC

Responsibilities:

• Handle GL closing for accounts payable invoices based on nature of expenses incurred.
• Review and improve billing and collection workflows
• Meet collection of KPIs
• Ensure that relevant documents such as delivery order, purchase order and purchase requisition are orderly attached
• Entry of AP Invoices into SAP system
• Bank clearing and Bank reconciliation with customers and internal business units
• Implementation and tracking of new workflows and their effectiveness in meeting AR KPIs

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Accountancy or O Levels with prior experience
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related fields
• Familiar with SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of Partial Sets/ Full Sets
• Able to start work immediately or on short notice
