We are hiring 6 months Part-time Staff (Functional Screening) to be outsourced to our clients from reputable healthcare organizations.

Job Responsibilities
• Conduct Functional Screening L1 site recce to assess suitability of the venue for Functional Screening event
• Follow up with stakeholders on site recce
• Deployment to Functional Screening events to oversee execution of entire event and vendors’ performance
• Deployment to Functional Screening events to encourage/educate seniors to attend L2 follow up appointment and schedule appointment onsite
• Support Health Talk and Outreach Events
• Support pre-event planning and logistics
• Ensure smooth operations during events

Requirements:
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on event requirements.
• Able to commit up to 5 working days per week, with work schedules adjusted according to operational and event needs (Default: Wednesday – Friday, 8.30am – 6.00pm)
• Prior experience in event operations, customer service, administration or community outreach would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel to various event sites and community locations.
