6 months Contract Production Operator (5 days office hours/ Up to $2000)

JOB SCOPE:

• Focus on charging and discharging materials, ensuring production fulfilment and maintaining Safety and Quality in a manufacturing plant. This role is essential that the manufacturing process runs smoothly, safely and efficiently while meeting quality and production goals.
• To produce product according to schedule given.
• To be able to operate plant machineries and equipment.
• To be able to maintain all plant machineries and equipment in good condition.
• To ensure that all works assigned are being carried out in a safe manner.
• To observe and follow all safety instructions and requirements.
• To work with other operators/technicians and store personnel as a team to achieve overall plant efficiency.
• To be able to follow and carry out all manufacturing procedure/process closely and correctly.
• To ensure a high standard of general housekeeping at all times.
• To maintain 5S standards in the Plant.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.
• To develop, display and maintain a personal attitude towards safe work habits so that the prevention of injury is a major concern while performing all job tasks.
• To extend every effort to achieve the safety and health goals of the Company.
• To work safely, avoiding unsafe acts which can injure yourself and others.
• To notify and supervisor or manager of any acts, practices, or conditions that appear to be unsafe.
• To become familiar with any potential hazards related to your jobs and observe all safety rules and guidelines.
• To report all injuries and illnesses to your supervisor immediately.
• Be aware of the SHE&Q policy and significant aspects and impacts associated with their work.
• Carry out duties in accordance with SHE&Q policy, operational and job procedures and be aware of the consequences of departure from specified operational procedures.
• To participate in the SH&EQ program (e.g. HARC)
• Inform their supervisor of any suggestions for improvement of the work system.
• To participate in TPM activities and projects

Requirements:

• Minimum Primary Level education
• Preferably with experience in manufacturing operations
