6 Months Contract Logistics Officer (Up to $3,5K)

Working hours: 0830h – 1730h (M-F), Alt Sat: 0830h – 1230h

Working location: Greenwich Drive (p/up Serangoon,Kovan, Woodlands, Tampines)

1. Confirm the quantity and sign the outbound shipment document.

2. Print out label according to the outbound shipment document.

3. Put the outbound shipment document at the tray to inform them what are the carton/ pallet required.

4. Search the loading bay sort out the carton tally with the outbound shipment document. If loading bay don’t have, go to Inventory to sort out the cartons and bring it to loading bay.

5. Affix the correct label on the carton or pallet according to the outbound shipment document. To confirm all carton and pallet has been sort out correctly and is ready to ship out and place in angle bar at the top of all the pallet.

6. Count the total number of the cartons and pallets at the loading if it is tally with the report generated.

7. Once the trucker loads all the cartons and pallets make sure trucker signs all the documents and place the signed document at the tray. Collect all signed documents.
