3 Months Healthcare Admin Assistant - Up to $3500 - NOVENA

• Support the day-to-day administrative operations of the board.
• Serve as a subject matter expert with strong technical knowledge of administrative workflows and requirements
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and timeliness in all assigned administrative functions
• Collaborate closely with the DSRB Manager to uphold high operational standards and team performance
• Mentor and support fellow Assistant IRB Analysts to strengthen competency and effectiveness across the team
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by participating in Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Improvement (QI) initiatives
• Lead or support projects and tasks aimed at enhancing operational processes and service delivery
• Maintain thorough understanding of policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements relevant to IRB operations

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field
• Prior experience in healthcare is an advantage
• Prior experience in an administrative function is an advantage.
