West Hosopital - Locum Pharmacist (Outpatient/ Inpatient) - $50/hr #HJC

Rate: $50/hour 

Location: West

You will be responsible for :

• Providing safe, efficient and timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal pharmacotherapy outcome for the patient
• Providing pharmacy and clinical services to ensure medication use process is optimized for positive outcomes
• Assisting in the operations of a pharmacy section to meet standards and targets set by department

Requirements

• Full SPC reg 
• Able to commit Monday to Friday, office hours / as many days as possible
