Temp/ Perm Patient Service Officer (5.5 days office hours)

Jobscope:

• Provide receptionist duties at front counter
• Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• Able to apply basic patient care
• Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
• Any other task as directed by the Clinic Manager or Doctor

Job Requirements

• Min N/O/A level 
• Customer service/ clinic experience preferred
