Purchasing Assistant (1-Year Contract)

? Salary: $3,000 per month
? Location: Gul Circle
? Company transport provided at Choa Chu Kang (CCK), Woodlands (WDL) and Jurong East (JE).

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:15pm

Job Responsibilities

• Convert purchase requisitions in SRM into purchase orders (PO).

• Liaise with suppliers via email to issue purchase orders and obtain order confirmations.

• Follow up with suppliers on outstanding orders and backorders to ensure timely delivery.

• Regularly review open purchase order reports and monitor order status.
