[Office Hours, Clinic Setting] 5 Months Temp Admin Assistant (NO EXP OK!) - Up to $13/hr #HLV

Location: Outram Park

Diploma: $13/hr

N/O/A/Nitec: $10.50/hr

Working hours :

Monday to Friday 830am to 530pm

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect loose clinical notes from clinics, prepare and store notes in carton to send for outsourced scanning

• Perform verification checks for returned records and quality of scanned records

• Track and organise dental records, i.e. ensures and maintains dental records storage and archival

• Perform tracing services by providing timely retrieval and delivery of dental records to the clinics

• Any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor
