Clinical Leadership: Overseeing care for residents with complex needs, leading nursing rounds, and managing emergencies.
Staff Development: Mentoring, training, and assessing nurses' competencies, conducting inductions for new staff, and facilitating continuous learning.
Quality & Standards: Ensuring compliance with nursing standards, performing clinical audits, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and reviewing/developing policies.
Care Coordination: Planning, coordinating, and evaluating resident care, facilitating smooth transitions between care settings, and managing discharge planning.
Education & Counseling: Providing teaching and counseling to residents, families, and caregivers, and educating staff on new systems.
Operational Support: Assisting with resource optimization, staff management, and deputizing for nursing management.
Job Requirements:
Current registration with Singapore Nursing Board with valid practicing certificate
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in clinical leadership
Possess a recognised Bachelor Degree in Nursing and any relevant specialty qualification.
