Human Resources Executive/Assistant (Healthcare Sector)

We are looking/hiring for Human Resources Executive/Assistant to be outsourced to our client’s place.

Key Responsibilities:

• To plan and execute organization's annual internal recognition platforms, such as awards ceremony, etc.
• Processing the claims for organization's various awards;
• Providing support to review the Standard Operating Procedures for the various awards; 
• To assist in training requests from stakeholder.
• To execute administrative duties for the annual developmental training awards, which support the organization's overall human resource strategic outcomes.
• To ensure prompt and proper monitoring and timely reporting to key internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experiences
• Attention to details
