Responsibilities
- Assist in scanning of bank statements, letters and documents for clients
- Arrange for re-direction of mails including scanning and liaising with clients
- Arrange for collection and sorting of daily mails
- Assist the Team in arranging for certification of documents
- Update of individual/corporate profiles in system for screening
- Maintain and follow up with stakeholders for CDD reviews and updated identification documents and reports
- Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience in admin support in the Banking and Finance sector
