Customer Service Executive (2-Month Contract)

?Working hours: Office hour monday to friday

Job Responsibilities

- Respond to customer enquiries via email in a timely and professional manner.

- Perform basic transaction checks and ensure forms and documents are completed accurately.

- Meet customers in person when required to explain insurance policy features, benefits and available options.

- Understand customers’ concerns about surrendering their policies and explore suitable alternatives where appropriate.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups and outcomes.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.

- Perform general customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
