Job Description

Corporate Communications

• Manage communication channels e.g. email, website, social media
• Create content for communication channels e.g. patient stories, events, opinion pieces, community news
• Develop collateral to drive exposure for, including upcoming move to new building
• Manage media interviews/filming requests
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure brand guidelines adherence
• Housekeeping - monitor and collates relevant news and articles, and updating of CD media library.

Marketing Communications
• Key driver for digital communications for call for donations
Support production of publicity materials for patient/family education

Public Relations
• Increase exposure for through various media

Marketing

• Creating marketing and promotional activities to ensure the brand continuity of the congress locally and regionally
• Engage and increase our potential partners and raise the level of sponsorships
• Harness the use of social media platforms and key publications to increase the Congress outreach
• Data mine and customize suitable marketing messages for the different segments
• Clearly identify and reach out to the correct healthcare segments to encourage more overseas registration
• Drive local sponsorship campaigns
• Effectively plan the marketing communications plan so that all the channels are fully leveraged upon

Requirements

• Min Degree in public relations, marketing or communications
• At least 2 years of experience in communications and projects/events management.
• Candidates with experience in healthcare industry would be at an added advantage
• Good team player who is able to support the team members in achieving organisation goals and project timelines
• Great interpersonal skills, self motivated and detail oriented
