Job Responsibilities

* Provide sensory evaluation support and expertise for product innovation, renovation and technology development projects.
* Collaborate with Site and Category Sensory Teams to identify appropriate sensory evaluation methodologies.
* Analyse and interpret sensory evaluation data and prepare final reports according to established reporting formats.
* Present sensory evaluation findings and recommendations when required.
* Coach and train sensory panel leads on best practices in sensory panel management.
* Assess the capabilities of existing sensory panel leads and develop training plans to address identified gaps.
* Develop transition plans to support technicians in progressing into internal sensory panel leadership roles.
* Manage sensory panels and provide timely feedback to improve panel performance.
* Support knowledge transfer and stay updated on developments in sensory evaluation methodologies.
* Participate in sensory network meetings and actively share technical expertise and best practices

Requirements

* Relevant experience in sensory evaluation, sensory analysis or food product development is advantageous.
* Familiarity with sensory evaluation methodologies, data interpretation and technical reporting.
* Experience in sensory panel management, coaching or training will be advantageous.
* Able to commit to a 6-month contract.
* Target commencement date: 1 December 2026.
