4 – 6 months Temp Admin Assistant #HBY

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount, and you will be deployed to:

Location: South / Central
Contract Duration: 4-6 months
Working hours: 5 days, office hours

Job Responsibilities:

• Process and assess applications for schemes and services.
• Handle phone and email inquiries relating to assigned schemes and services.
• Assist with filing, sorting, and archiving of documents.
• Perform administrative and data-entry duties.
• Provide general support to the team as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder and above in any discipline.
• Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.
• Good communication and administrative skills.
• Team player who is willing to share knowledge and assist colleagues.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
