Location: Greenwich Drive (Company transport provided at Woodlands, Serangoon, Kovan, AMK and Tampines)

Working hours: 

7am - 4.45pm / 10am - 7.45pm / 11pm - 8.45am (4 weekdays + 1 weekend) - timing rostered by Supervisor

OR

8.30am - 6pm / 2.30pm - 12am (any 5 days/ week as per rostered from Mon - Sun)

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the customers
• Make effort to understand both internal and external customer, anticipating customer needs and giving high priority to customer satisfaction via email.
• Provide satisfactory explanation to customer and take remedial action where necessary.
• Provide pro-active feedback to the customer to ensure that the committed ETA is respected.
• Alert superior of recurring service failures so that corrective actions may be taken to avoid future problems.
• Other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Min. GCE O Level/ Higher NITEC/ Diploma and above
• Min. 1 year of relevant customer service experience
