1-Year Contract Executive Officer (Post Graduate Programme) #JEE

• Provide administrative support for the Post Graduate Programme.
• Assist with administrative and logistical tasks related to graduate programmes, professional development, and leadership courses
• Assist with course scheduling, thesis/dissertation matters, data entry, and other related duties.
• Support the planning and coordination of office-organised events.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
• Prior experience in administrative roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Possesses a positive attitude, with the ability to work independently and proactively
