Healthcare Manager (Campus Planning and Development) #HCL

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

General:

• Provide secretariat support for meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, taking minutes, and following up on actions.
• Contribute to quality improvement efforts for department initiatives and processes.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Specific:

• Oversee the development and implementation of AI solutions within the organization.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in clinical and operational processes through AI.
• Plan and develop the AI roadmap for the next 5 to 10 years, prioritizing initiatives based on needs and technological readiness.
• Lead the development and implementation of AI adoption plans, including engaging key stakeholders and champions.
• Manage change processes and ensure governance structures for AI are in place.
• Seek funding opportunities and build strategic partnerships to support AI projects.
• Monitor the performance of AI initiatives and ensure they align with organizational goals.
• Prepare and manage annual work plans, performance indicators, and related reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Computer Science, Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in strategic planning, project management, and driving innovation.
• Familiarity with change management processes and governance frameworks for technology adoption.
• Experience in collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including external partners, industry players, and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies, trends, and applications in healthcare.
• Innovative mindset with a passion for technology and healthcare improvement.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across departments.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
