We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount Temp 3 months Marketing & Comms Specialist.

Working Hours: 9-6pm

Location: Orchard

Requirements:

• able to start ASAP
• Possess at least 2-3 years working experience in the Luxury market or communications agency
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Conversant in MS Word/Excel / Powerpoint / Adobe Illustrator

Jobscope:

• Support the coordination of local or regional press activities and events.
• Support the local press office with photo shoots/events where required
• Consolidate regional press material orders
• Manage archives such as stationary, corporate gifts and samples
• Liaise independently and directly with perfume and skin care distributors on their local event planning, eventual execution and local press office requirements
• Track all Communication samples whether via Carnet or Proforma invoice and work closely with the relevant parties to ensure that all items are returned complete and on time
• Consolidate CRM reports and future CRM activities
• Meet with event agencies and third parties for events planning, execution, etc
• Consolidate and prepare budget reports
• Support marketing and communications activities for franchise market
