Responsibilities: -

 Internal

- Review & analyse all system and component information (from customer or Design team) for manufacturability.

- Work with the Customer’s or Design team to ensure completeness & updated system BOM.

- Work with Purchasing/Planning to update the MM/BOM into the SAP system.

- Design and implement workflow, and document the Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPI).

- Manufacturing support for all product technical and software issues on-line to meet customer acceptance criteria.

- Support the Project Engineer on all customer technical interface & project quotations.

External

- Support and train the Site Install team to handle technical and software issues during install & commissioning.

- Support the Ops team to manage the Site team to ensure they meet customer targets.

- Work with the Customer’s or Design team to ensure system fulfils specifications.

- Follow-up with supplier’s engineers to resolve technical issues with their components.

Requirements: -

- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum of 2 - 4  years of experience in automation tooling and control engineering

- Knowledge of Design and Implementation of work flow

- Good interpersonal and communication skill

- Team Player, Self-initiate and ability to work independently 

- SAP knowledge will be added advantage
