Location: North

Job responsibilities:

• Handling of incoming and outgoing shipments/couriers, documentation, permits application, custom declaration/clearance
• Liaise/Coordinate/Manage/Update customer, suppliers and freight forwarders on the delivery schedule
• Assist salesperson on consignment stock top up/transfer and update ERP System
• Monitor and manage stock movement and conduct cycle count / year end stock count
• Miscellaneous administrative as needed

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Logistics/Supply Chain Management
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience as a logistics administrator
• Knowledge of ISO9001:2008 will be an advantage
• A team player who is results-oriented, resourceful with good written and spoken communications and interpersonal skills.
• You should be motivated, confident with positive attitude and approach to work
• Excellent organizational skills, preferably some administrative experience
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to take initiative and prioritize
• Goal oriented with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Well versed in Microsoft Office products
