RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensures accuracy and completeness of Inventory by Weekly inventory adjustments & error handler investigation & clearing
• Monthly inventory adjustment reconciliation & reporting
• Monthly Deemed VAT computation for consigned inventory
• Monthly inventory controls (inventory adjustment & inventory imbalance review)
• Quarterly shadow count  - Achieves timely and accurate internal & external reporting:Prepares month-end inventory reporting for SEA
• Supports accounting for Returns in transit for Digital Marketplace
• Prepares monthly inventory balance sheet reconciliation for SEA&I territory
• Prepares all Digital Marketplace business month-end inventory, warehouse & freight related accounting journals
• Supports standard cost activities
• Accounting for Intercompany stock transfers process
• Support yearly external statutory audits and internal audits
• Performs other duties as assigned or required

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, or Professional qualification i.e ISCA/ACCA/CIMA and/or Degree holder in Accountancy with minimum 2 years of relevant commercial and/or audit experience
• Hands-on SAP MM & FI experience is essential
• Meticulous, ability to work independently and possess good problem-solving skills in a fast-pace high ambiguity environment
