• Monitor and ensure product supply of assigned product portfolio represent markets
• Identify supply risks by updating supply outlook
• Communicate and provide alternatives for supply issues with stakeholders using SOPs
• Resolution of escalated risks with stakeholders
• Resolution of escalated issues in Supply chain agreement (SCA)
• Changes in transportation mode
• Inventory management and deployment (for assigned product portfolio)
• Implement inventory targets and budget for assigned products
• Drive continuous improvement of inventory and working capital
• Analyze inventory performance to achieve sales target
• Monitor and manage inventory shelf-life/expiry dates
• Improve processes to avoid obsolescence write-offs
• Develop and negotiate SCA (supply chain agreement) with stakeholders
• Coordinate pre-shipment and support post-shipment issue resolution with Intercompany Operations(I/O) or market teams as required
• Support product change activities including new launches, line extensions, Artwork changes, discontinuations, loss of exclusivity etc
• Securing achievement of business objectives, service levels, costs and working capital requirements

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain / Logistics Management
• APICS training/ certification preferred
• Minimum 3 years working experience in Supply Chain related fields with at least 2 years experience in planning role, preferably in the pharmaceutical/ chemical industry
• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience will be considered for managerial title
• Experience in using of ERP systems and reporting tools (E.g. SAP APO, Business Intelligence tools, etc)
