4 Months HR Executive (Convertible) / Central / $2500-$3000 #ECT

Job Description

  • Engages with a full spectrum of HR related activities which include recruitment processes, employee engagement, policy administration, employee benefits, company-wide employee activities, performance management, etc.
  • Manages recruitment administration (i.e. interview logistics, pre-employment requirements, medical card, staff pass and pass application, appointment letter, confirmation letter, etc) ensuring effectiveness and completeness in a timely manner
  • Manages day-to-day HR service delivery generating standard, adhoc and exception reports for data integrity checking and perform data entry (ie: Recruitment, Salary Report, Monthly Report, etc)
  • Maintains and updates HR Information Systems (SAP, Lotus Notes, GAIMs, etc) to ensure data and organizational chart accuracy and acts as a Super User for HR systems/ applications
  • Responsible for filing reimbursements for all government funded programs (CCL, NsMen, Maternity Leave, Training Grants, etc.)
  • Handles payroll administration across business entities in Singapore, ensures compliance with Singapore payroll regulatory changes, processes filing, and payment of statutory payroll withholding taxes/social security contributions to relevant government authority and supports Finance team in payroll related internal and external audits
  • Prepares month-end journals and reporting integrating to the financial system including preparation/distribution of departmentalized payroll detail reports, leave balances, headcount, etc.
  • Administers learning and training (include coordination of internal trainings, payment to external vendors, on-site training admin support, etc.)
  • Handles office administration and general affairs duties

Requirements

  • Degree in Business or Human Resources or equivalent, with minimum 1 - 2 years of HR experience in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledgeable in HR processes and ability to use HR Information Systems
  • Ability to work within guidelines specified for the position and team that understands confidentiality and privacy
  • Strong attention to detail, pro-active and effective administration skills and operational problem-solving competency
  • Technically savvy and capable of generating existing reports to meet the requirements in a timely fashion
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
