*URGENT* Permanent HR Manager, Luxury Retail MNC (Up to $7,000) #BLM


Jobs Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the team to provide strategic and operational advice on people management.
  • Partner with cluster HR to roll out global initiatives. 
  • Be the owner and focal point of all HR processes including recruitment, payroll delivery, compensation & benefits administration 
  • Support and handle the employee communications and staff issues 
  • Cultivate cross team collaboration and be the company value’s advocate 
  • Accountable for the HR budget with HR Director and conduct regular variance analysis
  • Review HR policies and procedures and ensure they are properly implemented and compliance with local laws
  • Partner with cluster HR team to own the annual salary review process
  • Monitor and review compensation and salary administration programs, such as annual salary review, retail commission scheme, insurance scheme, performance bonus
  • Prepare and manage monthly reporting
  • Support the business in general admin and IT matters, approx. 30%

Job Requirements

  • Min. 5-7 years of relevant experience in retail industry
  • Able to start work within short notice
